From the looks of it, the issue with KYC was resolved, but before that happened, it seems like OP gambled his funds after getting a response from their live chat that there is no hope of overturning or manually checking his verification. It sucks what happened. Everything would most likely have turned out fine if OP hadn't got a response from BC.game live support saying there is no hope of overturning or manually checking his verification, and him gambling his money away after getting that message from them.
That's why there should be options to limit our ability to play for a day or so, I don't know exactly whether it's presented on BC.Game, but lots of places don't exactly push for such options..
