[UPDATED] Donald Trump's stance on Bitcoin is changing, the Donald pardons CZ!

It appears that the only piece that is needed for this to cause everyone to forcefully celebrate is a very big pump on bitcoin and all of the other cryptocoins hehehehe.

However, the cryptospace appears to be very much behind the traditional markets in market performance. This is also headshaking that CZ was given a pardon after liquidating much of the market last week.

Why is this needed? CZ had already served his jail time.

Actually, I doubt Trump even knows who CZ is, or only has a vague idea of him. So why hand out pardons to strangers? Well the answer is that CZ desperately wanted one, so he ran a PR campaign everywhere to convince him to. Also he is suspected of paying traders on Polymarket to buy Yes shares for his pardon many weeks ago to artificially inflate the probability for PR purposes.

This does not help anyone else except for maybe $WLFI which was in the gutters before this news. But then why only Binance and not the 20+ other exchanges on CMC? Binance.com is not even available to US citizens.

It's good to see Donald Trump pardoning prominent crypto figures. First it was Ross Ulbricht, and now CZ. Maybe SBF is next? The odds are slim, but anything's possible. I'm sure no other president will be as extremely-bullish for crypto as Donald Trump. It will be the "Golden Age" for crypto in America. At least, within the next 4 years.

SBF chance will be slim as you said, SBF is known to be in support of democrat party although other high ranking FTX donated big chunk of money to republican as well.

I don't know what's the chance, the situation in my opinion, starkly different to CZ.

Boost for crypto?? We had just experienced the worst flash crash in crypto history only two weeks ago, where bitcoin dropped 20% in mere minutes and altcoins lost most of their price, causing liquidations everywhere, and let's not forget that Binance had suspiciously-timed "maintenance issues" which locked traders out of their stop losses, and now they pedaling some shitcoins is supposed to be good for the industry? Where's the pump for the rest of us?

Forgive me when I say this, but CZ is very slimy. I have lost most of the respect I had for him after he orchestrated this PR campaign to buy a pardon. It is just not something you should do if you want to maintain the integrity of crypto, and things like this will be why a large percentage of people will continue to view crypto as just a scam. (No matter their political affiliation.)

If I was an FTX creditor, I would be very angry at the prospect of SBF getting a pardon. Let him rot in a life sentence.
