Just funded my new Neteller wallet with Bitpay, works good so far.

They are using Netverify so you can get verified within a few minutes or less.

After your account is verified, your limits will remain the same unless you qualify for our VIP program. Most VIP members have the same limits as verified members, but may request higher limits for credit, debit, and Get2Pay card deposits, or for Bank Transfer withdrawals. Requests to raise limits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

I have send 0,1 BTC to neteller and now have in my account, really nice.

I wish they were doing withdrawals as well. But using Bitpay seems it won't allow them to do that.
I deposited today but the conversion rates to my currency was very low as compared to google, so I guess I will have to open a new account to keep the currency to dollars to actually make it mean 0% deposit fees.

Update: About withdrawing a Bitcoin deposit with Net+ mastercard when you have send the amount in euros to a friends Neteller, it worked but i did it with 3 days delay so i dont know if it works as instant also but it was sooner than 7 days.
