Careful with debit cards, as i explained here ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1008503) , i got charged roughly 13% of the amount i withdrawed from account. Its Skrill USD debit card, yes, but the fact is that those local ATM fees are the same woth for skrill and bitcoin debit cards, so just take care. I consider this to be insanely ridiculous. cheers |

Neteller seems to be a really good option now.
Deposit: 0% fee with bitcoin.
You just add virtual CC or order a physical debitcard and you proceed to use it.

The fees are really high to cashout with ATM.. etc

Also, I think OK pay also can provide a card and you can fund their wallet with BTC.
