I think Cannabis Coin is the best choice since they are backed by "Marijuana Medical" dispensaries. Moreover, they are running “Yes We CANN” movement which is about medical marijuana dispensaries and shop owners that participate in providing safe, affordable, and quality medicine utilizing Cannabis Coin as payment. This movement is a way for dispensary owners to show their appreciation to their patients by donating some medication into the “CANNdy” inventory. So I think it would run for a long time

This is not true.  As far as I know there was only one dispensary in Phoenix that 'backed' CANN, but has since backed off from the deal.  And they're having a hard time convincing others to back CANN.

CANN i liked but I dunno something bothers me about it and the price is just whacked out along with the distribution.  Good luck seeing the value go up because everyone and their mom will dump it right down if it shows signs of life.  Not to mention they say there's behind the scenes work the dev is doing...but not so sure it's working out. 

Curious to see what motacoin will bring to the table in April 2016.

Actually two of these Marijuana related coins listed in that poll can be found in top 100 biggest altcoins.

I am talking here about PotCoin - market cap of $5,393,104 and HempCoin with market cap of $837,919

The rest of them is totally insignificant...

I think that the best coin right now is the PotCoin because its pumping and available on Poloniex, the other coins are okay although some are shitcoins too..
