I was trying to post in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=324009.0 this thread because I am new to peercoins. The messenger isn't working either, it claims I've posted something in the past 360 seconds from this IP...no I haven't. I dont get it. I just wanted to post my peercoin address.
Could someone just post it for me or?

I am also trying to get a few posts in so that I can post a thread in Service Discussion. My BTC-e account was hacked. Common story I know. It's my fault I know. But my story has a twist. I have been working closely with BTC-e administration, but now the conversation has taken a very strange twist. I want to describe it in detail. But I need a few post, and I need to wait 4 hours or whatever.

I don't think the system is glitchy.  You need to wait 6 minutes between posting messages or replies.

I don't think the system is glitchy.  You need to wait 6 minutes between posting messages or replies.

That much I understand. However, I made 5 post attempts in different threads on this newbie forum over a period of 4-5 days. Every time, it came up with "you must wait 360 seconds" or "you've already posted here". The post you replied to, was my first actual post that got through.
