Atletico Madrid - Huesca

Atletico host Huesca and I got -1.5. Basically Atletico have reached form now and I think they'll continue that. With wins over monaco and getafe away from home 1-2 and 0-2 the team is now full of confidence and they host Huesca who have returned back to reality. Huesca after making a good season start have lost 3 in a row including 8-2 to barca and are now establishing as one of the main relegation candidates.

Anderlecht - Sint-Truidense

Anderlecht should be able to win this. Their away form is bad but at home they're near perfect and this time they host sint-truidense who have done well so far and have taken pts off top teams. However, I dont see them taking it from anderlecht. Anderlecht need to win this match massively to stay in the title race, I think in front of their fans they will prove to be too much for their opponents and they should be able to knock them off about 3-1

Good odds on aalborg considering odense are not playing well and aab are 3rd in the league. Aalborg have hit some decent form and have seemingly put themselves around in the title race, well the league table says that at least. Odense are around the bottom right now which is surprising so for these two reasons alone and the fact that Aalborg are at home i gotta back these 2.50 odds. home team to win 2-0

Sassuolo host struggling Milan. On paper, Milan of course are better and they're odds on favourites but on the pitch Sassuolo are playing better football right now. Sassuolo are actually third and could move up to 2nd with a win here while Milan are 14th only winning 1 game this season, no away wins. Sassuolo have won 3 of 5 home matches against AC Milan at home in the league. I think Sassuolo are definitely capable of winning here, highly doubt they lose to current form showing Milan

Arsenal gotta win this for sure. I just think the odds are very good for a 2 goal win against a side like Qarabag. On paper even with a weakened side Arsenal should be able to pounce these lot, plus Emery has shown desire in this competition in the opening day when he fielded a very strong line-up.

Frankfurt host Lazio. I see an over in this match because I consider these teams as high scoring. Lazio have ton of attacking talent, Frankfurt aren't bad either. Defensively Frankfurt are very suspect. In fact there have been 28 goals scored in 8 Frankfurt's matches this season and 6 of 8 had overs.

The last match for round 9 in Bundesliga 2 will be between the teams of FC Cologne and Duisburg. Currently first takes currently last at their home stadium. I think Cologne will not have problems to get this match simply because they are in good shape, they are playing at home and such games should be won at all cost if you want the promotion as i am sure they want to get back in the elite. In the Cologne's last 4 home games they were not impressive and made 2 wins 1 draw and 1 loss but definitely Duisburg are worse with their 0 wins 2 draws and 2 losses.

Russia - Sweden

Well, I didnt think that Russia would carry on playing the way they did during the world but they've proved me wrong last month having beaten Turkey away 1-2 and then smashing Czech Repbulic 5-1 at home in a friendly. Now they host Sweden, another world cup surprise but I think Russia will win. Russia are playing at home and they have shown everyone how strong they are here just a couple of months ago.

France - Iceland

Friendly

We have an international friendly between France and Iceland. Well I've gotta go with the france -2 here. France are world champions, they are on a massive high, Mbappe and Griezmann are on fire this season which is great as we can expect goals from them and they're playing at home of course. Iceland have kinda fallen back to reality in the past month having been humiliated 6-0 by Switzerland and beaten 0-3 by Belgium.

Austria - Northern Ireland

Austria host Northern Ireland in a crucial league 2 match. With both sides being beaten against Bosnia, this has pretty much become a survival battle to stay in league 2. In my eyes Austria are the only winner here playing at home. We've seen Austria defeat much better teams at home this year and Northern Ireland aren't exactly a powerhouse.

Eden Hazard is currently probably the most in form player in the world. He's been on an amazing goal scoring spree this season for Chelsea having failed to score just once in his last 6 league apperances. Eden has scored 7 in his last 6 in the league. Netherlands host Germany. I gotta say , i think the Dutch are gonna win this match. Germany are not the same team they were a few years back, they look low on confidence, they have not had a good record against top level opposition and Netherlands seem like a bad matchup for them. Dutch have quick attacking players who should cause the German backline which starts to look a little washed up now a ton of problems. Germany will miss Rudiger, Reus and Gundogan too.
