How accurate is your estimation on BTC/24hours??  I am trying your pool out for a bit before deepbit gets its bugs ironed out, and I am liking it.  Its a bit disconcerting not seeing a constant flow into the account since the blocks take longer to generate, but according to your estimated BTC/24hr I should be making .15 BTC/24hr more than I was at deepbit.

I drink it up!

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

hi
so i joined this pool about a few hours ago. i have over 860Mhash/s from 4 workers.
my verified funds and unverified funds are 0.00000000 BTC. am i not supposed to get at least a few cents in one of them?
i wanna know if my mining is working on this pool, because i had no problem on other pools and i got like bitcents after a few hours.

my stale rate has increased a bit overnight - was less than 1% soon after the pushpoold fix, now it's nearer 4%... anything I should be concerned about?

Jine has been doing some work on the database which may be the cause of this, but the work is needed to allow the database to scale properly into the future.

Registration closed until tomorrow due to database work and heavy load.
We got the resources already to take care of it, but first we need to improve a couple of things..

Stay tuned!

You are quickly turning this into a very impressive pool! I moved everything here a few days ago and I'm very glad I did.

For some reason I'm still getting about 7% rejected shares. If everyone else has about 1% I'm sure I'm doing something wrong.

What miner are you using, and what's your approx location?

This sounds like an issue with your Long Polling support, are you running an older miner that doesn't support it, or a version of Phoenix that isn't 1.48+ (they had a serious LP issue)?

Well I had 1.4 and 1.48 in the same folder compressed so I decompressed 1.48 to make sure that's the one it was running
I'm pretty sure I'm running 1.48 though.

I'm in Canada

edit: So far I'm running at 100% but only started it a few minutes ago.

On another note, my 4870 is running at 85-86mh/s stable.

edit2: after making sure I have 1.48, I'm still getting about 4-5%

edit3: After a bit more tweeking, I now have my 4870 up to 88-89mh/s. Sweeeeeeet

Update on the stale rate issue: found 1 in 436 shares. It always happens in the first few minutes after I start the miner too...
