I doubt that a listing there will push Qora forward in any way. We should rather focus on bringing Qora on more liquid exchange like we did on Poloniex.

I think can be good to Qora to be listed here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1151078.0 so please vote if you think so.

Regards.

I think for sure Qora is an unknown coin for most of crypto enthusiasts, to be listed here will be huge both in publicity and trading options. You must think not only in the great and innovative tech but public awareness too.

I agree. Voted  Cool

We are having an exciting period in here and I am really happy for the whole progress we've made.
We have managed to integrate Automated Transactions, a technology powered by CIYAM developers and at the same time we've created an entire web with a distributed cloud storage machine on top of Qora.

So we have boosted this way the entire crypto currencies scene with a powerful solution... however we have done only few simple things.Web portals like reddit.com, github.com, medium.com, kickstarter.com or indiegogo.com, anything, have become easy to emulate and to be implemented by anyone who takes the advantages of QORA's features.

We have build the Web 3.0 on Qora

...or a component of the Web 3.0 ..whatever.

Our proposals for the future will be shared and will be known in the coming weeks and we do have a solid plan to embrace the world.
We ask you for your support and directions to proceed together to a win - win situation.

You and your team members have done a very good job!! Thanks! You are on the right way I suspect!!!

When I look at the poll: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1151078.0 it seems that now Qora begins to attract more people... This moment it is one of the 10 first who is chosen to be in the index!!!! If I see still the low price of Qora...      can be a golden future! Wink

Marco!

A Personal Quote on BTT from 2011:
"I'd be willing to make a moderate "investment" if the value of the BTC went below $2.00.  Otherwise I'll just have to live with my 5 BTC and be happy. :/"  ...sigh.  If only I knew.

Some development updates:

The last days we've added the following, which will be also part of the next version:

Namestorage enhancements:
-Dedicated website to see the namestorage history.
This page allows you to see all the changes done by a given name ordered by date.

Social Network enhancements:
-Hashtag support
You will be able to place hashtags like e.g. #qora in your posts and will have the ability to get all posts with a given hashtag.
-Deletion of posts
You will be able to delete your own posts or posts that have been placed in blogs that you own.

Keep in mind that this is a community project, although we have many ideas to enhance things even more we also would like to have suggestions and feedback by everyone out there:
What is missing e.g. regarding social network?
What do you guys want to see in the next version.
Any feedback would help a lot!

Windows 7x64
Java Version 8 Update 60
Qora version 0.22.0

My Qora GUI is not stable it seems.

I've started over many times clean from seed and I always get the same issues. tried on 3 different computers, new wallet and same wallet, always same issues.

It fully syncs 100%, but after a time it loses all connections and will not get any new blocks. It will come back green , Status will say "Oke" but block number never changes. currently 125637.

Every 10 seconds or so my whole computer bogs down while qora is running. I can't type or switch tabs or application focus.  This lasts only a moment and then back to normal.

Occasionally qora will freeze up when trying to switch a tab,  the new tab will not render, and everything is blank.

In trying to close Qora I go to >File>Quit  and click.  the menu disappears but Qora does not exit.  If I repeat the same steps again, it exits.  Strange.

Random though.  I have NoScript Firefox plugin, I don't know if the plugin effect javascript operations outside the browser or not.

I don't know what else to try to get it working.  Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

For peers, get the latest trusted nodes from here : http://qora.co.in/?nodes and go to File / Settings / Known Peers and add those IP addresses. Then restart the application.
If you are on a fork, you have to delete the data folder and make a new sync from scratch or get the v022 data folder from here : http://qora.co.in/?datafolder
To see if you are on a fork check if you have generated blocks that are not valid on the block explorer.

For slack, you can get your invitation from here http://slack.qora.org/ or send me a PM with your email address.

If someone does to Qora what hashrate.org did to nxt I'll donate 2300gh/s for one month to the website developer + 1150gh/s for one month to the community and qora development.
Others are welcome to chime in this bounty.
It must be a good website and not something poorly done just to collect the bounty!

If the website is interesting, I guarantee I'll mine a lot on it, and other people will too.

Please ask this guy: http://www.xpool.ca/
Please ask him yourself and also ask other people you believe may be interested. This goes to anyone else reading this. Anything that makes Qora stronger is good for you too. If you can, donate/pledge to the bounty too.

Are you still working on interest for a multipool?

ZPOOL - the miners multipool! Support We pay 10 FLUX Parallel Assets (PA) directly to block rewards! Get paid more and faster. No PA fee's or waiting around for them, paid instantly on every block found!

Basic text formatting is already possible! You can use the following html tags:
a, b, blockquote, br, cite, code, dd, dl, dt, em, i, li, ol, p, pre, q, small, span, strike, strong, sub, sup, u, ul, and appropriate attributes.

e.g. <b>bold</b>!

I already used that here e.g.
