Unless they changed, the forum policy leans toward free speech. For example, many "negative pointless threads" attack Bitcoin every day, and this gives people a chance to counter the claims and support Bitcoin. Does NXT have the quality and following to overcome the FUD?
The problem with the forum rules is that there is a thin line between freedom of speech and FUD, and each moderator can think with his own mind.
In most cases, "freedom of speech" includes FUD and the threads are allowed to stay.
It's not always pleasant, but freedom gives the other side a chance to show up and make persuasive comments.
You know I agree with you 100%. However to anyone new, the altcoin section is nothing more then a bunch of people pissing on others. It's painful to read, provides almost zero new information, and quite honestly is embarrassing to the crypto community. These negative attack threads make bitcoiners sound like a bunch of whinny bitches. And it prevents NEW people from wanting to even participate in any discussions as the regular attack dogs are NEVER put back on their leashes.
Just look at the frequency of new threads/ quality threads. It's slowing down alot isn't it. Doesn't traffic = ad revenue? I think most are put off by the bullshit.
The point of the OP is that specifically the threads I linked to are allowed to remain despite them offering zero evidence to support their claims. Hell the last thread in the list is some angry person using all caps. That thread isn't even a discussion its just some baby throwing a temper tantrum. Yet it is deemed worthy of staying in the discussion list. Why not move it to altcoin service discussion? There are other scam accusations there after all.
Also the point of the OP is that the altcoin section mod is biased against NXT.
