Il s'agit du logo d'une application (basée web ; PC/smarphones) fournissant un appareil décisionnel collectif (type Machine à Voter).
Elle permet les élection aux postes (président, secrétaire etc..) + les proposition de lois et le vote des lois..
Elle renvoie les résultats des propositions et du scrutin à la communauté en temps réel (à la minute). Pour une Association par exemple cela constitue une Assemblée Générale Permanente.
Les designer devront poster les créations à la suite dans le topic. Les logos devront être accompagnés d’une adresse bitcoin.
Cahier des charges : adaptable pour foncé/ clair - couleur modifiable par la suite - format inférieur 1200px X 600px - nom de l'application = APSO
Le créateur du logo choisi a) sera contacté en Message Personnel ; b) il fournira un fichier PSD ; c) il recevra en BTC valeur 100euros00
