But we are using cloudflare to optimize speed, I can search a bit there is always many things to do to make a website faster.

I don't see a problem with the route, and after the recent maintenance it feels much better, but that could be because of the lower activity since you stopped all seeding torrents for all users.. 
I will check the trace and tcping again if it gets slow.

I'm from Israel, and 60-70ms considered pretty good while the lowest possible ping is ~56ms from here to Europe.

Oh yes I understand more the problem then ^^
I just tested the speed with some servers there, upload and download are very slow, it explains why you expperienced some slow.
I can't really do something for, except if we can put a fiber cable from our servers to you, that could be cool but i think we need authrization for it

If torrent is under zipping there is a message instead of download, when it is zipped it's finish, but maybe your want a % or a time value ? That's hard to add and predict in fact, it depends on the CPU load at the moment that the torrents is zipped, sorry.

Let's see if I have some time and I can try it out  . I've been looking for a seedbox since long time ago.

All seeding torrents say "We are actually zipping your torrent, please wait... " and if I stop seeding them and check the "Torrents ended" page I can download them and they actually stop zipping , but if I try to seed them again they appear to be zipping again in "Active torrents" page..

If you are looking for a while you are in the right site franckuestein. For years I have tried many seedbox and experience I can say that this works very well. So far no problems.
