I have downloaded and sync'd my 1.2.0 wallet but why the wallet has this?

I had the same for some wallets. I solved it by using the blockchain without this message.
It is a warning not an error but you can solve it by download the ZIP with blockchain I send you by PM.
The steps are:
1 Backup your wallet and folder EnergyCoin
  C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\EnergyCoin
2 Extract my zip into that location
3 put your wallet there
4 restart your wallet
5 send me PM or post the resuld after synq

The distribution on Bittrex May 13th

The amount of the coins on Bittrex take off quickly acording to the EnergyCoin Blockchain Explorer now 22.8% and that is a good sign! More than 12% less than a few days ago!
This is how the distribution on bittrex looks right now:

I arranged that with iGotSpots, he offerd his help after EnergyCR left us as developer.
On that exchange you can also trade in other coins iGotSpots created but I have for now only put buy-sell orders for the MMXIV-ENGR market.

Feel free if you want to trade into the other markets.
It is good for the exposure of EnergyCoin!

Price is nice right now, will buy bit by bit for staking. And this is my first stake of my wallet after 24 hours.

No probleme maybe you come back later when the future is more clear.
For now you need much patient with EnergyCoin for your posible profit.
But if you have 500k ENRG it is not a big investment and you have a lot of potential if EnergyCoin is discoverd and my business plan is a success.
I think others were happy with your coins and wait for EnergyCoin great development.

It shouldn't be an easy task, especially it seemed you needed to convince a "she" to support a new technology (assuming she didn't hear about the blockchain technology or Bitcoin before).
