Guys, need help.. I am starting to deposit my 10k's but after a few deposits, I got this message on my wallet: "The blockchain is currently downloading. Please do not create any new transactions until your client is fully synced."

2 deposits are also not showing up on btcpool.

My wallet says the same but my wallet is fully synced up to date.
please help what can i do?

I would think that you would need the pass code to import the private key since most of the wallet would be encrypted or should we try sending coins to an encrypted wallet.
