O.K I tried to login to new exchange using my btcpool login doesn't work, tried to create a new account on Gorillaex says that name already taken and email so what do I do?

Try logging in with your email address, then try and reset password. It took me a couple of tries to reset my password. But, it finally worked right. |

Try logging in with your email address, then try and reset password. It took me a couple of tries to reset my password. But, it finally worked right. I even reset my password, it won't let me in, I tried creating one also says username and email already taken am pulling my hair out now.. and i am still sick..  |

Paul, how come the deposit address can not be copied and pasted?
I do not even get the full address showing up in the address box.
Typing deposit address in manually, really sucks! It is so easy to
type one letter or number wrong and you are screwed.

Now i try to login on gorilla.exchange , login ok . Teeth balance 0.00000000000. , Why ?
Make a new deposit address, log out and back in again, wait 10 minutes, refresh balance page. I tried, but always zero after 15 minutes !!! |

got my TEETH , thank you  regarding 2-factor auth. i reenabled it and its the same as btc.pool it seems atm, it didn't create a new one when scanning but its enabled now with btc.pool 2-factor. is that correct and if so should i disable it again till gorillaEX gets its own. cause it doesn't let me disable it atm. i can log in with it but not switch it off. thanks Paul |
