As long as your tx shows up in the blockexplorer you should be ok.
Then you might have to wait for some hours to show up.

sending my coins was a nightmare. After -salvagewallet and -rescan and repair wallet and restarting wallet I kept getting errors that my balance was off. The the balance would increase and decrease after every attempt. I had to start at 1000 and I kept increasing send amount and repairwallet until finally almost all coins went to btcpool. Only 1100 are showing up in my balance at the moment.

Hi yes we are registered with ASIC and yes we also run GorillaEX , ok with your password  you need lower case, higher case, numbers and special symbol as well not just a couple also with you not recieving a verification email when you open maybe your mail server company has marked it as spam , not sure why as we dont send a whole lot of emails out , and yeah i live in western australia

Hi there ok with your wallet do they have valid transaction IDs for the send to btcpool , like can you see them in the explorer , 2 do a repairwallet in your wallet console , if the tx isnt on the blockchain then they may still be in your wallet

I just kept trying, and finally it just worked.... all coins transfered. confirmed. done and done.

Ok then its something in your wallet at your end , with your wallet I cant help with that , someone said something about salvage wallet , but it looks like your wallet isnt sending them to the exchange ,  Im sure there is someone here that would have the answer for that , Paul is asleep as its the middle of the night in the UK , not sure if he can answer that bit , i did move my personal 10K to the exchange yesterday in 1 million lots and it went thru fine mate!!
And if isnt showing a Tx Id for your transaction I can only assume that they are still in your wallet mate!!
