this is the signature campaign on bitcointalk and we are posting here to get paid and this is the official thread of the signature campaign so they should solve the related problems here not through ticket!

While I agree with you that this SHOULD be the place for support regarding the sig campaign, that just isn't happening. the Yobit official BCT account has had a grand total of 6 actual replies to questions/concerns in all 30 pages of this thread, with the last one being on May 25th. This certainly doesn't mean that Yobit isn't reading the thread and fixing issues as they arise, but they sure aren't publically acknowledging any concerns recently.

So, by all means, continue posting questions or concerns to this thread, just don't expect a reply on the thread from Yobit as their history of doing so not that great. I must mention a minor technicality though: The problem is with a feature of Yobit's website (the actual payout occurs on their servers), so returning here to BCT to report a problem with a 3rd party website, especially when said website has their own support mechanism in place, seems rather "round-a-bout" to me. It would be great to get clarification from Yobit as to where sig campaign related issues should be sent.


As for the button not working due to low balance in the payout wallet, that is a guess of course. It makes sense from both a business and technical standpoint to limit the funds available in any kind of automated payout wallet. Sure, it would be nice to have some sort of conformation if this is the case or not, and also get some official explanation as to why the payout button stops working for many users, but this is Yobit's campaign and they're free to govern it however they see fit

Did Yobit answer your queries here about that not working shit button? I got your point but he is suggesting a much quicker way to resolve your concerns. Are you willing to wait for Yobit to answer your newbie problem? Damn of course make a move and adjust. You are not new in Yobit anymore. The trollbox is one click away.

How often are signatures updated? Check every day?

Guys, anybody know at what time, bot is counting posts? Or it's just random?

You can check every 3-4hours. For your inconvenience you can check it 24hours after your last post to make it all of your post counted.                             

I think at around 6PM UTC.

Can any one confirm this? I think that may be off a few hours.

Every 3-4 hours the posts are updated. I don't think it has a certain hour like this in a day.

Still have a problem? Go to their chatbox so Blacksmith will be notify about your problem. Also you can send them a ticket about that. Much better if you will do both.

the problem was fixed after two days but happens again every now and then.

Well I think admin see your queries even you are trolled there. Admin in CB is active. You can send a support ticket too. Go their "Contact Us" option.

And yes Im always at this thread because this is my first signature campaign back in my Newbie rank days and trying my best to answer all the queries here if I know the answer. They accepting Newbie rank in the past and I think newbie spam post is one of the reason why they remove Newbie in their signature campaign. Before I left this campaign in my second period of being a Full Member, I posted here that I will still help in this thread as long as I can.

It resets at around 3 in the morning in GMT +8 or 7 in the evening forum time. Just do the Math now. Since I gave the forum time it will be easy to you.

There is nothing "wrong" with your sig code, and that page isn't telling YOU specifically to update your signature. The red text stating "Please update your signatures" is just a general notice...a reminder, and isn't generated due to an error with your sig code.
