I believe this is done on purpose when they don't have the funds on hold or in transit. Better to have admin of this campaign answer that question.

it is a good and right step in my opinion. i saw a lot of post with Yobit signature which are obviously spam posts.

After the released of banned spammers, i think the deactivation is also a security measure in order to prevent that spammers can payout before they got banned.

Been with the campaign for about 2 weeks now and all is going great.  It seems as long as you make good posts, all payments are where they are to be and transfering them to wallet is simple.  Great campaign.

Yes everything is automated, just follow the steps on OP then check https://yobit.net/en/signature/, you should see the number of posts you made and how much coins you earned for every day.
Btw to avoid problems i recommend to put the personal message of yobit too

you can try to send them a support ticket and ask to unfreeze your account, yobit's admin isnt much active here in the forum so posting here about the issue on your account wont help i think

Creating new account in yobit just to join the sugnature campaign again wont really help as the UID of the account is still linked in the old yobit account so thats the only account he can use if he wants to join.
