As most of the bitcoin cards we can find are issued by the same company, at least for the Visa cards, is it possible for someone to own multiple cards from differents Wallets/Exchanges? Because i own a bitcoin Visa card already from another service but I am interested to get one from SpectroCoin so i wonder if it can be a problem (with the rules or something...)

You can order cards from SpectroCoin. There should not be any issues regarding you already owning cards from other wallets.

Yes we do provide it both through API and via web wallet, you just have to paste bitcoin addresses and amounts to make a bulk payment.
