Youbit etc do not want to auction. Because of this and the exchange rate of coins does not rise.

It mean that wallet is all time in maintained state. Look at the yobit exechange youself.

ok, that is a standard at yobit , wallets not working, no posibility to deposit or withdraw coins.
Many coins suffer from it.
