How are cops supposed to enforce the law if they don't even know it?

Hell, how are they supposed to enforce gun laws if they don't even know their guns?

i think he just explained and enforced the law.

reasonable suspicion is up to the cop and the courts not the person BEING JUDGED

"hey mister who I just saw get 10 bags of what looked like white powder into your trunk after receiving a suitecase full of money, do you think it would be reasonable for me to suspect a drug trade and thus search your vehicle?"

"umm officer....no"

"okay, have a nice day"

Does a man have a right to sell cane sugar out of his car without being harassed?

Also, the drug laws are asinine. The federal government has no allotment of power to regulate such things as is the intention of the Constitution.
