It's irrelevant.
If you're not mining solo with 3rd parity miner (which is not coded/builded yet) it's not important.
Change it, delete it etc. it's ok.

I deleted it in confs for other coins and everything worked OK.

If you're on right fork then you're good.
Premine is on the OP so your chain should be at same long with him.  ~35 blocks or something.
If you're at ~23 then you're on the fork like me

First of all OP should provide us a "correct chain" & addnode. Then yes we'll try to resync.
Apparently the node the OP gave is not working.

Also hey OP! Why the hell you're using the same port with bitcoin? Why didn't you change it?!
