No.  The 1.0.0 wallet is still the same one that is on GitHub.  The dev is updating the source code though.  When there is a new build ready, he will let us all know.

BTW for anyone interested......Mac Wallet is available at the github under releases alongside the windows wallet.  It does not say so in the OP, but it is there.

Tested and working on OSX Yosemite (10.10), but should work on Mavericks (10.9) as well.
