People are very well treated with bitcoin, but for some reason politicians do not allow us to engage in quietly making money.

As time passes by bitcoin is still existing especially those countries didn't le ha legalized as those people find a way in order to have some extra income to add on for their financial stabilty. I believe soon in the future that bitcoin will definitely use as a mode of payments as I observe some of my place us bitcoin as mode of payments having a legalized wallet throughout the country and soon throughout the whole world.

I think that depends on where you are. Most countries are fine with citizens who own, buy and trade Bitcoin. But there are some places where it's are prohibited, where the government is hostile to bitcoin.

In Russia, bitcoin is not prohibited, and therefore legal.
There is a recent court case where bitcoin has been recognized as a property (but not money, not currency).
The tax service explained the procedure for taxation of transactions with bitcoins.
Legalization implies the permission of what was previously prohibited. For example, the legalization of drugs, the legalization of prostitution, the legalization of weapons, etc.
But in Russia there was no law prohibiting the possession and circulation of bitcoins.
Although, of course it is impossible to pay in the cryptocurrency wages, taxes, penalties, etc.
It is possible that the underdevelopment of cryptocurrencies is not a sign of the backwardness of the Russian state, but proof of the imperfection of cryptocurrencies. Proof that the blockchain and cryptocurrency is overrated technology.

If for my country Bitcoin not yet legal. But do not know if in your country Bitcoin legal or not I do not understand. But I hope Bitcoin can be legal throughout the country in order to more easily use Bitcoin freely.
Bitcoin currencies are not listed in the banking system and are not related to the government. The characteristics of bitcoin which have no ownership rights turned out to be tempting also for those involved in illegal activities such as money laundering, arms purchases, even ransom data hacking. There are still many who make legal or non-legal adjustments because each country has its own policies.

The map was posted in 2015. The information could be out of date.
The link is a similar map from the Russian edition of "Kommersant". Although it is also not too new, as the situation is constantly changing.

Red - cryptocurrency Transactions is prohibited.
Yellow-the State is wary of cryptocurrencies, some restrictions have been introduced, but citizens are not persecuted for their use.
Green-Cryptocurrencies have an official status (goods, financial assets, means of payment, etc.), there is a state control of the market, or their use is not limited to the authorities.

It depends on a person how he views the bitcoin?? If its profitable for himself he will definitely support it any say yes its legal but if he doesn't acquire the knowledge of bitcoin then he would say thats its illegal and bitcoin doesn't need any views from anyone.
bitcoin is only an alternative currency, commonly called a digital payment tool like a weapon depending on who is holding it and depending on what purpose it uses, it is commonly called illegal if the one who uses it is not entitled, but it can be called legal if the one who has the right or the party The authorities, the case is the same as bitcoin depending on who is using it and for what purpose it is used, if it is a money laundering tool it is clearly illegal but if it is only to make payments in the sale and purchase it seems legitimate.

Lol my country looks green but im pretty sure government doesnt know what btc is. If they knew it would be dark red:)
Majority of the government don't know what is cryptocurrency or virtual currency and how it's works. What is the impact of Bitcoin over the world. I'm lucky because in my country accepted bitcoin. Bitcoin more used illegally in dark and deep web. BTC is not legalize in every country i mean all countries not friendly with BTC.

I don't know if they don't know what bitcoin is, as of now bitcoin is very popular and I think they already know the characteristics of bitcoin that might be useful and helpful to us an individual. Bitcoin is not having a law in our country they did not declare it is legal but they didn't also announce it is illegal. To cut a long story short, we are lucky that we freely use bitcoin here.
