It depends on a person how he views the bitcoin?? If its profitable for himself he will definitely support it any say yes its legal but if he doesn't acquire the knowledge of bitcoin then he would say thats its illegal and bitcoin doesn't need any views from anyone.

Majority of the government don't know what is cryptocurrency or virtual currency and how it's works. What is the impact of Bitcoin over the world. I'm lucky because in my country accepted bitcoin. Bitcoin more used illegally in dark and deep web. BTC is not legalize in every country i mean all countries not friendly with BTC.

I don't know if they don't know what bitcoin is, as of now bitcoin is very popular and I think they already know the characteristics of bitcoin that might be useful and helpful to us an individual. Bitcoin is not having a law in our country they did not declare it is legal but they didn't also announce it is illegal. To cut a long story short, we are lucky that we freely use bitcoin here.

Well Well there's no day on the forum without having seen such a thread discussing about the legality issue of the bitcoin. It is quite clear now that the legality of the bitcoin is a controversial issue and as a matter of fact is a subjective criteria.  It varies from country to country and their acceptance to the bitcoin differs in various countries. So the question of legality of bitcoin is vague.
