I do not think that because many countries do not use it, because the country's corrupt government which does not allow it to be legal, even if Bitcoin is limited, then they do not stop or stop using Bitcoin.

It it legal but not actually illegal. There are countries declared the prohibition of bitcoin. To make it clear theory they make it illegal. There are different kinds of views regarding bitcoin it would be good or bad effect.

Trust the tech behind and it will be completely legal. The bans that have been imposed in other countries  are all just because of their confusion. They did not really study bitcoin or cryptocurrency enough to know its worth and benefits.

The legality of Bitcoin depends upon two factors.First factor is the way in which we use it. For example some people use it as a mode of payment in drug dealings, ammunition dealings etc which makes the use of Bitcoin illegal. Other factor is the country in which we live beacuse Bitcoin is still not accepted as a mode of payment in many countries. For example,in China use of Bitcoin is illegal. In some countries like U.S.A, Canada ,Japan etc Bictoin is legal. So legality of Bitcoin depends upon our way to use it and on the rules and regulations of the country in which we live.

Not exactly true. I think it depends on the country where you stay or where you live. For the records, there are around 150 countries (more or less) where the status of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are legal. In some countries, the use of bitcoin is banned, while in other countries, the operations of bitcoin exchanges are allowed but they have to be duly registered with the government.

bitcoin is certainly legal, where there are countries where it can be used for payment of hotel bank taxi bills. but there are some people who are really not acceptable to me because of the banks of the nations.

The legitimacy of using Bitcoin depends on who you are, and how you use your Bitcoin. The legality of Bitcoin is a contentious issue for law enforcement and law enforcement, as they are targeted at the digital currency in an attempt to control its use.

I guess there are hotels/hostels that are accepting bitcoin for their accomodation but with taxi's? what are those?

but there are some people who are really not acceptable to me because of the banks of the nations.
If the country decides to declare that bitcoin isn't legal to them, their citizens can't do anything with it.
But if they are going to say nothing, its either legal or illegal.

I think bitcoin is just another form of online payment like PayPal. So bitcoin is completely legal. But the government says bitcoin is illegal. That's what I find very absurd

That is why we will need to wait some more years that goverments will finally say that use of bitcoin is legal or not cause now in most of the countries there is nothing said about crypto in their law.

Yeah, I think bitcoin is legal. although some countries state bitcoin is illegal. However, that does not mean that bitcoin is really "illegal tender"

In other words, just because a country declares bitcoin illegal, does not mean that it cannot be used for payment.

People are very well treated with bitcoin, but for some reason politicians do not allow us to engage in quietly making money.

As time passes by bitcoin is still existing especially those countries didn't le ha legalized as those people find a way in order to have some extra income to add on for their financial stabilty. I believe soon in the future that bitcoin will definitely use as a mode of payments as I observe some of my place us bitcoin as mode of payments having a legalized wallet throughout the country and soon throughout the whole world.

I think that depends on where you are. Most countries are fine with citizens who own, buy and trade Bitcoin. But there are some places where it's are prohibited, where the government is hostile to bitcoin.

Yes, I think, overall, Bitcoin is legal. although there are some countries that strictly prohibit crypto currencies like Bitcoin.
