Also I make a search on Google and other people get some others problems with the site like:
https://cryptocointalk.com/topic/18924-allcoin-is-scam/ account locked
https://bitcoin-forums.net/index.php?topic=878062.0 one account locked but then re-opened.
What I think, is that maybe you can try a good search on internet, who.is etc, and get more information you can get about their service and about their "identities".
Than wait, probably it's only a bad service....

Well it took 2 weeks and 3 tickets but they finally returned my missing coins.  Funny thing is they responded to my newest ticket and my older ones remain ignored.
