Hi all. I've recently launched Bitfortip.com

Android App can be found here

Promotional YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZKd2zhoE8E

YouTube reviews about the service:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=62iDBVDlhIU

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y9BMXL0E0qc

Bitfortip offers a unique use case thanks to Bitcoin.

Use Bitfortip to:

Find a item (i.e. a dress ) that you saw on a magazine, website, Pinterest or Instagram and you don't know where to buy it online. You can upload it as photo using your smartphone and ask bitfortip members to search it online for you in order to win the bitcoin reward.

Find a better price for an item that you want. Offer a small Bitcoin reward for members to search for you online.

Find a piece of information on the internet that you can't find on your own. Post an inquiry along with a bitcoin reward for people to find you a certain link, image, e.t.c.

When you sign up, a unique bitcoin address is generated in your account. There it shows you the following message: Before you can submit an inquiry you need to fund your account with at least with 0.0001 Bitcoin to give as a reward. After you fund your account, you can post an inquiry with a bitcoin reward of your choice.

If you are out of Bitcoins there is a buy button on the app that offers you the choice to acquire some through Paxful. A peer to peer marketplace.

Bitcoin allows to make micropayments to people and in return received replies with better price deals that save money to the inquirer.  That couldn’t be done with a traditional banking service.

Bitfortip can prove to be a great experience that uses an attractive currency to receive an equally attractive service.

The website is very new and few users are actually registered. If this website gets a good amount of visitors, it will have great potential.

You can try and post inquiries on were people will search to find you a better price deal for on an item/service that you want to buy, or find you a certain link, a photo, e.t.c

Minimum amount required to post a question is. 0.0001 BTC .

I see you have good idea and plans. However, why would someone ask question there? I mean.. there is Google, Wiki and Bitcointalk which they can get their answer pretty fast and for free..

So sad! This profile does not appear as the #1 result (on anonymous) Google searches anymore.

Time to be active on the crypto forums again? Proud to be one of the few Legendary members of the Sparkie Red Dot!

Gonna put this on my resume if I ever join a cryptocurrency/blockchain industry!

Thank you for your feedback. As in all cases i believe there is service for everyone and some people will find it useful.
Plus it's a great way for people to earn some Bitcoins for providing information that you can't find on your own or don't have the time to look.

That t-shirt, i can't find it anywhere. So i post it in the website with a bounty in bitcoins held in escrow for someone to find it for me.  Grin
So far no one has found it.

No. To put an inquiry/question to the website you need to fund your account with Bitcoin in order to link it with a bitcoin reward of your choice.

It can be as little as 0.0001 btc with no limit to how much you want to reward someone to find you an information that you are looking for.

You get rewarded in Bitcoin if your answer is chosen as correct by the member that putted the question/inquiry.

Yes. Answering a question is free.

Do you know this has been done before? Your service is close to what rugatu.com was doing. You were paid to answer questions, and I did, unfortunately, my earnings were below the minimum amount set for disbursement. So when the site vanished, my earnings vanished too.

I wish you more success.

I used to be a citizen and a taxpayer. Those days are long gone.

Dear Countryfree,

No. I don't know anything about Rugatu or how it worked.

The idea for bitfortip came when i wanted to know where i could find a favorite t-shirt of mine.

http://www.bitfortip.com/question/show/a87ff679a2f3e71d9181a67b7542122c

and i was willing to tip someone because i couldn't find it anywhere.

In bitfortip you can withdraw any amount you like from your earnings. There is no limit.

Thank you for your feedback Wink

Dear 98789,

Thank you for your feedback.

The reward stays there until someone is selected.

Forcing someone is counterproductive and there is no voting system and not planning on adding one. As you very well said, it will flood immediately with spamming.

If you are interested to try it out, please follow this link

I have gotten over it, I need to make a deposit only when I have a question to ask and not when I want to answer questions.
