Eligius - NMC Merged Mining Addr Field

Does the Eligius pool still support NMC Merged Mining? There is a thread elsewhere on these forums from 2013 saying it was not supported any longer. However, the option is still available in the configurable options screen. If it is still available, how can we check to see how close the NMC address is to a payout?
