Nice website!
I like the design. Where are the VPN servers located and do we get multiple access points? I see that you accept bitcoin, but I only see a paypal button upon order.
How can we trust you, because you are not a registered company?

On buy.php there is a 'bitcoin accepted here' image, under that there are 3 links for length of service. On each of those pages you enter an email address. I'm not going to enter mine, but I presume a bitcoin invoice will be emailed to you, or be the next page after you submit your address.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.

2 dollars for a month of unmetered bandwidth VPN seems like a surprisingly good deal. I'd give this a try of your buy page wasn't giving me a 504 error.

We keep all of our IPv4 address private to clients as they are randomly assigned. Simply purchase a plan if you are inquiring.

We already have hundreds of clients. Privacy is one of our top concerns, so releasing the IP address of a server that's on our clients network is not in our best interest.

Just my opinion, but I get pissed off when I see a company offering privacy services yet they don't have SSL on their webpage. "SSL'ing" your website might inspire more confidence among potential customers.

Could you tell us more about your privacy policy? First, are you based in the States? What would happen when a government agency asked for client information?

If they ask for client information, we have nothing to provide.

Nothing on our site is needed to be encrypted. Absolutely ZERO passwords or personal information is entered ANYWHERE on our site.

Please take a look at our service, and you will see the only thing to be pissed at is your understanding.

I am always looking to improve my understanding. Please help me to do so!

First, Are you based in the good old USA? I asked before but you didn't answer.

"If they ask for client information, we have nothing to provide."

Could you please provide more info about this. Do you use a token system or something similar? What encryption etc do you provide?

Sorry to add even more questions. You claim that you don't take any private info therefore you don't need to encrypt your website.

"Nothing on our site is needed to be encrypted. Absolutely ZERO passwords or personal information is entered ANYWHERE on our site."

But when I go to this page: http://orcavpn.com/buy1month.php
you require me to give you(and the rest of the world) my email address?

I took a screenshot and posted it at https://imgur.com/98waKCc

Also how do we pay in bitcoin? I saw the "bitcoin accepted" graphic, but I have not seen the link to a bitcoin payment processor. I might have missed it. Please show it to me.

Thanks

Email is not personal information.

How else would you plan on receiving the VPN configuration? SMTP has the least amount of identification (if any).

We don't use any "payment processor", because we don't have to. We coded our own APIs which read the block chain and deliver the VPN service automatically.

Again, you fail to understand the basic service yet make assumptions.

I gave your site a look and you don't seem to give any information on where the servers are hosted or what your privacy policy is. I also see no terms of service or any equivalent. Am I just missing something? You would probably look more legit if you gave customers easy access to those.

The signature campaign posters adding useless redundant fluff to their posts to reach their minimum word count are lowering my IQ.

Please obviate my need to make assumptions by answering the questions I asked. For your convenience I will post them again.

1. Are you based in the US?

"If they ask for client information, we have nothing to provide."
2. Please state your privacy policies(if any). How do you achieve this zero knowledge about your clients? Do you use access tokens or something similar?

3. What encryption do you provide to your clients while they are connected to your service?

An email address that can be traced back to a phone number(gmail etc require phone verification when you sign up for an account) seems to leak personal information but I will leave that discussion for another time.
