what browser and OS you use ? because we test it with chrome /firefox / safari / opera and the video works good

It has played all the way through for me before, but my Internet connection isn't very stable. It seems that if the video file download fails part way through, the bad version gets cached and even reloading the page doesn't "uncache" it.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Please tend to the hot wallet. I've been trying to withdraw a mini amount of 0.02 btc for two days now (I've finally gambled it away), and I have not been able to :/

This doesn't give the best impression of you.

it can't be 2 days maybe a bad luck as we said before we check our hotwallet balance 4 times a day and we reload with 2-5 btc  each time if its short because of high winners right now there is 3 btc on the hot wallet

Sawdice, "enought" -> "enough".  FWIW, it's probably worth running your ad copy through a spell-checker (they're free and available everywhere!).  Spelling errors in large posters look embarrassing.

OH jeez ! that is horrible embarrassment, well that is "enough" mistakes for now, and we will be extra careful before posting anything.

Dang yolo, I think you might want to move your action to a site with a higher bankroll.  I'm getting pretty convinced that either your or sawdice is going to bust the other one soon.  Good luck!

We still have high rollers who had a big wins that emptied the hot wallet right before you requested the withdraw, but we refilled the hot wallet with a decent amount of 10+ BTC which suppose to solve the latency problem in withdrawals.

Are you thinking of doing any other promotional activities, giveaways or signature campaigns? I think your site really needs the publicity.

This is standard, don't stress about it, you will get your money. They are a new site and need to be sure everything going on is legit. They have more than 80btc in their bankroll, I'm pretty confident they can handle any of your wins Smiley

as i said before we are working on our affiliate program and we also working on the ranking system for players depends on the total wagered each user made and it will impact on his free bitcoins and bonuses

what you said is very true special we are in our early days and we need to make sure that our system do not have backdoors and James1999 his withdraw & wins was very much higher than his deposit ( deposit 0.5 withdraw over 7.5 ) which make us think it might be a backdoor which makes us temporally block his account for some hours till we verify his bets and our servers security , and now we re-enabled his account after we was sure that there were no problems on our system or his bets .

James1999 is the guy who got the big win on here right after yours.  It took them a day but they paid him.  He asked upthread how/why he couldn't log into his other account "defeat" but didn't (that I saw) make any claim of more winnings.
