“Laissez faire les proprietaires.”
— Pierre-Joseph Proudhon

"Leave it to the owner". I couldn't agree more... There's a collective intelligence in the world. Don't underestimate it. I have reasons to believe that we happen to be a part of (maybe) the most intelligent (idiots) of them all -or the most crazy- not much of a difference really. I've explained to some people about it in the past in very great detail, even in the most difficult situations, nature always finds its way out of dead-ends. So are humans.

Just wait and see. It has happened before, and it will certainly happen again. Maybe it's already happening as we speak. Certain individuals on this thread know exactly what I mean.

Cheers.

Chaos could be a form of intelligence we cannot yet understand its complexity.

major rekt incoming

double buttom on bitfinex btcusd,2,3 suggests 182$ (?) - I think we will go lower, much lower for a short period of time.

if we should really go down to like 50$ or something and ethereum manages to decouple, we could really see the end of store of value of cryptocurrencies.

My issue with that is that

a) The market has been in an accumualtion base (imo) for nearly 8 months, which says something about the ownership quality of those who hold right now. Buyers at the bottom during low sentiment tend to be stronger hands.
b) A 10,000 coin short got us here. A 30,000 coin short got us to $166 after the Bitstamp hack. These things seem to be planned to coincide with bad news, yet not many people notice them and think that it's somehow indicative of impending doom. People with half a brain tend to steel themselves to these price moves and become resistant to their psychological effects.

Lower prices are definitely possible but at some point strong hands will begin to get fed up and hold, and dumps will not gain a following.

I will reserve my opinion on Ethereum, suffice it to say I'll probably initiate an accumulation campaign when it bottoms out. Klee, maybe we can get that going Wink

The talk of strong hands. I see a classic case of the smart money leeching away the capital of the greater fools. And who are the new fools coming in given Bitcoin is not "to da mooo" any more in the media.

Once dey capital done gone where dey gonna get der strong hands?

Just to clarify, the most logical think to do is short at 232 but I think we will have a surprise pump just to keep bears alert!

Goodmorning Klee as it's 3:50 A.M. in Greece now.

Why do you consider it insanely bearish ?

Even BTC-E is surviving ~223$ at this point so the oversold condition could play out now that the weekend is over. Perhaps the bullish upward march is beginning again and the talk of $100 and double digits could be out of line. We'll see tho.

Clusterfuck.

No more BFX charts from me here. I will use Stamp at first and then maybe an average of Stamp, Kraken, Coinbase etc.

I will make an anouncement later regarding this thread - it is interesting for those who PM me (especially on alt charts).

Meanwhile:
