This part seems to be incorrect: A full 5 BTC ROI would require 250 BTC in profit, which equates to approximately 25,000 BTC in volume,
or less than 2,100 BTC per month. Does Betterbets make 1% of every bet wagered? IIRC it is close to 0.5% |

Thanks for the heads-up! It's now been corrected in the document. And technically it should be less I believe (it's 0.5% of the house edge, which depends on the game). |

Was trying to play a bot today but when i came back to the site it kept automatically refreshing my site, the error sayd that i am using an old version of the site and that i need to refresh to get the new version. I tried doing so, along with clearing cache and closing the browser, still the same issue. A automatic refresh every 10 seconds or so, have to say it was annoying to say the least :/.
Is there something i need to do or was it server sided?
The first one says "Missing version info"

Hello, due to recent upgrades its possible for your cookies on our site to become conflicted. Please clear cookies on your browser and then re-log back into the site this should clear it up for you. If this doesn't send us a PM or email and we will help resolve. **After updates of this size the BB development team is applying patches daily to ensure a better experience and player suggestions are added. Edit: It seems the Moneypot api could be down at the moment we have contacted them to resolve: http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/http://api.moneypot.com/Edit 2: Its back up they resolved it, good fortune to you! Still some issues with betting, this is not common they may be doing upgrades per recent news. |

So I had lost 2k rubies in 2 bets, totaling 4k in losses. I decided to verify the rolls on DiceSites.com I took the info from the bet (Bet #134138231)  Notice how the server secret shows 0. On the BetterBets.io verification page, it shows that you need to get the server secret from the moneypot verification. This is impossible, as RBIES bets are on BB's side and the rolls do not touch moneypot's API. Hovering over the "Click" for the moneypot verification, gives this url  ( https://www.moneypot.com/bets/0) which is an invalid bet. Without revealing the server secret, rolls can be manipulated! Maybe the server secret was 0...  Nope! That would give 9.14 as a roll. Please fix this BetterBets.io! My other bet which has the exact same result:  |

Hi Folks, we're in the process of fixing this, it requires a database update on about 15M columns, which will run for about 30 minutes or so. We'll be back up as soon as this is complete and from that point on forward server secrets will be reported correctly. The blame for this is definitely on my head, I forgot to update our live database with the appropriate column change. Apologies to everybody. Rest assured, the provably fair process is alive and well and we do NOT tamper with bets in any way, shape or form. |
