is there any problem with rubies wallet? my wallet out of sync for whole day.. the block that i waiting keep increasing or its stop.. it wont go decreasing..
Thank you for reminding me of this; the new downloads were tied to the new site updated, but since we're still waiting for that, I'll announce the downloads in the next post. Thanks. thank you for explaining this i thought that my wallet has problem, well i will download updated version, is it only extract and run it? old wallet remain the same? For now it should be enough to install the new wallet executable and then restart the wallet. If that fails, please tell us and we'll provide you with additional instructions.

I dont have this out of sync problem so do I need to download the new wallet too? How about balance? Btw seems like that your site is hold more than 2 more hours from ETA, when is the precise time that your site will be back? I wish I could tell you. We're waiting for Moneypot to give us the sign that they have resolved the issues on their end. We're in the process of planning some emergency measures though. Stay tuned for more news/updates soon-ish. Ok then thanks. By the way Do everyone need to download it? Since I dont have this sync problem and after I download it how about my balance in my old account? Can I still tranfer it back to the new one or should I stay in old wallet?

Because I can't open the same program both so I can't send my balance from old wallet to the new one for sure

If your wallet is properly syncing, simply installing the new executable and restarting your wallet program should be enough. If your wallet IS NOT properly syncing, do this: 1- Stop your wallet 2- Go to your wallet data directory (the directory which contains your wallet.dat and your blockchain data) Here are the data directory locations: Windows: C:\Users\<<your username>>\AppData\Roaming\rubies Mac: /Users/<your username>>/Library/Application Support/rubies Linux: /home/<your username>>/.rubies 3- Copy/Backup your wallet.dat to a safe location away from this folder(Different directory, USB Stick, etc). THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!4- Delete everything else under your wallet data directory 5- Install new wallet executable 6- Start wallet and let it sync from block 0, this may take some time. IMPORTANT: whatever you do, make sure you don't lose your wallet.dat file, otherwise if something goes wrong you will lose your coins and there's nothing we can do to help you get them back. So step #3 is of paramount importance. Make multiple copies of your wallet.dat; it's better to be safe than sorry.

Try this press windows button + r and type %appdata%(there should be 3 folder in it and one of them contains rubies data) it will open up the folder, find the rubies wallet folder delete blockchain data and re-sync it.

Hi Nikaizoku, One of our machines runs Windows 10, you may not be seeing the folder BBdevs pointed you too because it's hidden by default. Open up any folder on your pc and click the "View" button, then make sure you have a check mark in the "Hidden items" box. Then you can perform the steps our team listed. Great question, hidden items is off by default on Windows and I'm sure another Rubies user would have asked at some point. -Bjorn edit: looks like some good people posted before me another method, but either works

The wallet holds all data BUT if you add the wallet after you've synced, you're missing a lot of blocks. You'll need to rescan the database to fix that.

Hello players,
Our apologies for the delay, we are just waiting for Moneypot.com to finish the maintenance on their wallets in order to re-open. Our site is ready to open we just do not want people to face possible issues on deposit and withdraws until it's fully operational. As soon as final testing is done on their part we can re-open and get back to providing everyone entertainment once again. Thank you all for being patient during this.
