To clarify, RBIES are not withdrawn/deposited on MP's side. This is all handled through BB, so if you contacted MP support, it was the wrong course in this case.

To clarify, RBIES are not withdrawn/deposited on MP's side. This is all handled through BB, so if you contacted MP support, it was the wrong course in this case.

I was already speaking to MP support, attempting to sell them the betmined rubies.  I saw the error, told them, and they said they'd work on it.  They never told me to contact anyone else or that it was the "wrong course".  I only posted it here as an afterthought when I saw the issue still wasn't fixed half a day later.
