They would regret in future when you would be a rich guy  Grin I tried once to recommend it to my friends and they simply just laughed at it, so I decided that it is better not to recommend any friend after that, but my family have shown interest in it and have started to learn about it, which is the best thing, nobody wants to learn something new and innovative..and that's sad  Cry

I recommend to learn more about BTC almost to everyone I know. People seems don't have time for it though. Thats not an uncommon situation when meet somebody I told about Bitcoins a year ago and the guy like: "What? Bitcoin? Ah, right you told me about it. ... Nah, don't have time."

i have recommended bitcoin to another one of my friends this weekend. i did it like the previous one, buy giving him a little bitcoin to start him off and showed him how to make a wallet.
so now he is up and running with bitcoin and loves it so far.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

personally i recommended and introduced bitcoin to my real life friends and my online friends.
at first they were a bit confused what and how bitcoin works, a typical newbie reaction but eventually they liked the fact that they can earn money online with bitcoin

Most of my friends sort of scratch their heads when I try to talk about bitcoin.  They ask things like "can't it be hacked" and "why is it worth anything."  I explain these things, and then they ask things like "so why can't it be hacked again?" of "so why is it worth anything again?"

Maybe I need to be less technical in my explanations and just say "its digital currency."  Most of them have trouble wrapping their minds around the decentralized nature of bitcoin.  I think with time people will take it or granted, like a computer or car motor: something that most people have no idea how it works, but most people don't care: they just use the stuff and don't worry about it.
Yep I get the same feedback. I used to talk to them about Bitcoin trying to start the conversation about it and trying to make them feel interested but its just pointless, and there is a point where you think to yourself "well, fuck it, less competition for me since the less people that are aware of Bitcoin now the better". So thats all, I just dont care anymore.

I remember back about a year ago, I tried to convince my family and friends that this was the way to go... provided them details about why, theoretically, this would be a good investment.  Needless to say, they all scoffed and laughed at me endlessly and said I'm pretty much given into a "hype" and this would never become anything more than a fad...

With my family though, like my mom, dad, uncle (broker for JP Morgan), brother, etc. they all bashed me and said that I'm given into a "devilish" idea. They are very christian and think that if I were to invest here and bitcoin actually became a global currency everyone would accept, that I would be giving into the "devil" of some sort... because of the whole rapture scripture in the bible.

So in short, no... my friends and family did not accept my proposal into bitcoin Sad

I've got a few friends that I've recommended Bitcoin to. What they most liked about Bitcoin was it's current price. They say it's very valuable and they want to start mining as soon as possible.  Cheesy

I have told a few, but all are skeptical
This is the problem I've had, but I've seen if you get them to download an app and send them a few dollars they become a lot less skeptical.

prove to them that bitcoin is real try to treat them when you exchange your bitcoin in dollars and then when they ask you where you get the money you can now explain to them that its all from bitcoin, giving them a dollars is not good idea.
