Make a fukin app for smartphones.

For example angry birds -reloaded with bitcoin or stuff like that if you need a "killer app"

I think the phone industry is getting bigger and bigger and its an interesting aspect of the internet.

Try making bitcoin based apps, games, mmo games, and stuff like that, and that would pretty much lure people in to the bitcoin world Smiley

Using bitcoin in a mmo is a very good idea. All mmo´s have a ingame currency and several have tried to mix in real money. If you have a good game and can make real profitt you got a winner. To bad i am to lazy to steal your idea and make a fortune....

When was the value ever stable?

well moving in a short range like 220-250 is considered stable, this is the best stability you can get with an asset like bitcoin, at least for now with its current level of adoption

Yeah I see what you are saying.  I think the first step is to simplify the exchange process.  I had to read up on how to buy bitcoins and tbh it was a total pain to get some.  If you could just buy them direct from a bank account in stead of having to wait a week or pay a hefty transfer fee then that would go a long way to better adoption.  That will be the first barrier to cross.  The second will be transaction speed.  The average person does not want to wait so long for a transaction to go through.  They are used to credit cards and instant money.  Third there needs to be some advantage that bitcoins have.  Why would the average person use bitcoins in stead of dollars?  If I get ripped off using my CC then I just call them and have the transaction reversed.  BTC has no such thing.  It needs to have an advantage for the average person and not just us.

It's very simple to buy them either via LocalBitcoins or BTC-E!

Do you think it'll go up any time soon, maybe towards the end of the year?

Bitcoin still didn't become mainstream

You can't expect Bitcoin to become mainstream in its current form. It's not ready for it yet.

How is it not ready for it yet? I think it's equipped well enough for it, but mainstream adoption/growth will be slow and take time any way.

its growth has slowed

Since when did the growth slow down? More and more merchants are accepting Bitcoin as form op payment.

I think by growth he means price, but bitcoin's growth does seem to have stalled if we're talking about big merchants accepting it.

the value became unstable.

When was the value ever stable?

Hehe, I think people just want the price to keep on rising, just not fall. I don't think bitcoin's value will stabilize anytime soon. Good for speculators but not for those who want to use it as a currency.

we did a good jump that it wasn't a dead cat bounce, and it's holding strong its new position, we can for sure surpass 300 before the end of summer and maybe 500 within the end of the year, those seems realistic prices based on the last demand

but you know it may actually go even higher than that, on the other hand i don't see any reason why it should drop now

I do not think that any one is willing to leave Bitcoin and go, as you said Bitcoin has its own fits and starts, it will re-emerge again to it's own defined value, however do we have to think Bitcoin only as a transaction and exchange purpose, why we forget often to look at Bitcoin as a revolutionary digital currency technology which has high quality features besides the exchange rates.

yes and if you look at the current value of the bitcoin it is increasing. It is not as upto the mark but in recent last one week I have noticed that the value of bitcoin is rising and it is a great news for bitcoin community who have faith in bitcoin so i believe that we should stay for a while that would be the best option.

Thank you very much MUFC for explaining my viewpoints so well.
Yes, I'm concern about price of BTC. If price changing all the time merchants will not so easy accept bitcoin and this is serious issue now.
Who wants to take the chance to sell a product for a certain amount of Bitcoin and then to lose some money because the price of Bitcoin fell on market?
Yes, I also don't think that bitcoin's value will stabilize anytime soon. Because of this people will continue to use bitcoin only as investment and not as a currency, what should be our main long term goal.

We have worked so hard on earning bitcoins so it would be foolishness if we leave at a moment. Bitcoin needs a support from us and everyone to regain its value So I don't think it would be wise to leave in between we should continue with the bitcoins.

We should consider and discuss the way to develop the advantage of bitcoins for the average person to use.

I should stay Smiley

Keeping my beloved satoshis now since the day I entered the BTC world. Besides today , I really don't know where I will put all of my saved btc's that's why for now I will keep it.
They should stay because bitcoin price last few days until now goes up and now its price is $270 . If they still stay and not go the price of bitcoin goes up in succeeding days.

Yeah agree. I read some speculations with some fearless market forecast analyzation that it can reached $300 by the end of the year or in first quarter next year.

What you think guys  Huh
Many users are so very happy in that news. If its price continuously increase, many users will still used bitcoin and also they can invite their friends to also used it and they can tell that its price are so big compare with the last years.

Yeah in transaction volume we can beat paypal, but we need bitcoin community to grow larger to beat visa and mastercard ( it will take a long time ).
