Poloniex manages a ton of alts and it really might not be their fault that OP's withdrawals are not going through. On the other hand, if polo was to go down scamming IMO it wouldn't just be a single altcoin.

I lend bitcoin on Poloniex... obviously there's a centralized risk attached to it.
We risking in generally when investing in digital money (BTC,ALTS), there is no assurance. Problem is also when major exchange falling or is comprised, we only can witness chaos and mass hysteria, which influence on our investments very damaging.

No. Especially when they pump xrp a few weeks ago. And dumped it when server was down. So many people lost money because of it. But still there is no better alternative...

This is true which means we cant do anything but accept on the risk involved on using their service or platform. There would really be no assurance from the very first place but we dont have no choice since its on the top spot and we know that most people do trade on polo which we can able to say that they are trustable by the community even there are some flaws that we observed.

I have had a stuck Qora withdrawal on polo for 2.5 days and the only reply I have received from their support is "I apologize for the delay on this, we are working to have this resolved as soon as possible." - Johnny Garcia, but I just found out that the polo wallet is online and forging (this came from one of the Qora dev). So I wonder what the problem is? Their support won't answer questions, the mods give the same canned response "support is looking in to it" or they blame the wallet of the coin.

Someone else also posted about a 5 day old problem they are having with a FLT deposit which shows on the blockchain but has not shown up in his polo account and he hasn't heard from support in days. Yesterday one mod told the person who was having problems with his deposit that Busoni was looking in to and he still hasn't heard anything back.

Currently Qora and PTS wallets are frozen and there seems to be a problem with the FLT wallet.

EDIT: added missing info.

UPDATE:

I just finished a chat with tf2honeybadger on slack and has of right now Qora is unfrozen. I'm not going in to much detail but after being told by support for three days that they are working on it, tf2honeybadger was able to fix it in 5 mins. Here are the reasons why it took so long:

1. "Busoni normally handles Qora's wallet, not me. He's been really busy the past week or so with a major life event, so he's been AFK quite a bit. I'm trying to get him on now."

2. "but things have to be triaged. If there's an issue with the margin trading engine, that has to be handled before a wallet issue, for example."

My thoughts:

1. I understand real life is more important and needs to come first but there should be more then one person to be able to handle wallet problems and as well why was I told that it was being worked on when it wasn't?

2. If polo is short on support help then maybe they shouldn't be offering new services.

From the chat I had with tf2honeybadger on the above issues as well as other discussion's, I will be selling what coins I have on there when it is possible to do so and stop using their services for a while, this is just a personal choice so please don't read anything into it.

EDIT: Here was the cause for the frozen wallet:"yes, our systems will automatically freeze a currency if the balance does not match. The exchange balance is correct, but the total balance we get from the wallet is incorrect occasionally
so it trips the auditor "
Well I trust them more than the other exchanges because they've just been getting bigger and more people use them/trust them already

I don't see the incentive to scam and embezzle and skim funds... Why not just operate a legit business and raise fees until you can turn a profit? Its why everyone trusts coinbase more.  Then yow can hire some people that can do some things like verify my ID for level 3 access without it taking 3 weeks.   It took coinbase all of 2 minutes.

No user should ever be left with a locked account for more than 24 hours and unable to get a resolution. Let me be CEO of polonoix and I'll get the bleeper running correctly and as trusted as coinbase but you'll have to pay some for that level of service.

They do good work until there's a problem that requires customer service... They don't have the ability to handle that due to the load.

I do trust Poloniex when it comes in trading because of the high volumes where it occurs, I'm using their service for a year but there's no problem I encountered at this moment. I make that I don't hoard or keep alt coins in their site for a long term. I don't like also to deposit a large amount in an exchange site because I'm afraid it will be like what happened to Mt. Gox.

Why CEO's polo is anonymous? We are needing to know who is who, are not it?

I trust Poloniex but i completely discourage to store/keep coin on any exchange as they are liable to hacking.

I think their days are numbered. Their scaling issues and too many incidents where servers crashed during a breakout of a crypto (i.e. xrp, siacoin) has really impacted the market for these coins.  They have completely ignored support tickets in the past few weeks.

Exactly, even I will trust the Poloniex because when compared with other exchanges Polo is having large volumes where people have a lot of faith in this exchange. I will also suggest not to keep their coin the exchange if they are looking for long term investment.

There has been a lot of complaining about Polo's slow support. Perhaps you just need to give it some more time so they can respond.

I'm starting a technology blog T4CH.top, check it out!

is this also the reason why the trollbox has been removed  since complained rises up when problem like this happen but as a user and trader inside polo i'm still positive that they can work it out and they still have the capacity to resolved those issue.

dear all who replied thanks for it .

Technical customer care is backbone of any business . That's why every big business appoint lot of customers relationship officers and setup call centers etc .

Poloniex is bad near me they don't have support staff or maybe few of them . owners should take care of it to appoint more staff to work smoothly.
investors will leave poloniex if its works like that .

its still 25 days and no reply i even didnt faced any kind of issue with other website or service

I've never had a problem with poloniex, transactions have always been quickly implemented, but I did not once have a greater amount then 0.1 BTC
I see a lot of negative comments, but I have a lot of altcoin there with whom I trade or we only stand to price increases, so I hope it will not become scam
