Hey,  Ive noticed it has been up and down.  I've had 100 ghz pointed at you for a few days now.   Any chance you could share your logs with me for me to try and figure out the problem....  Also when I release the fork I will provide a P2pool Source that will include the proper network.py files so pools will be easy to put online. Until then you are the only pool available it seems hopefully we can keep it alive for another week.

A new thread should be started prior to this weekend

As mentioned previously I am going to keep the fork discussion in this thread so anyone late comers can join us.

Please feel free to post the specs of the fork you would like me to do.   I will then narrow it down to 3 and post a vote.

Less rewards and/or more seconds to generate a block.

Start POW rewards at 100 and decrease by a certain percentage every 2000 blocks or so.
Current confirms are 2000 blocks.
POS % should be no more than 2% yearly. There are already 26+ Quadrillion coins in existence and a high pos reward would make mining not worth the energy.

Just an update....  I haven't forgotten you guys.  Just very distracted with work right now.  Unforeseen complications holding me up.  After 13 hour days I simply dont have the energy to stare at code for 2 hours.   ETA 1 more week.   Also with your suggestions Be more specific Please......

Mining reward = ?
Block Time = ?
Retarget Time = ?
Staking Reward =?
Min stake age = ?
Max Stake Age = ?
Burn Fee's =?

It Would help me get a better understanding of what you guys actually want.

Staking Reward = 2%
Min stake age = 10 days
Max Stake Age = 30 days
Burn Fee's = 100

Ok,  I been doing alot of thinking on this over the last few days.  Problem i keep comming up with is there are already SOOOOOOOOOOO many coins created that even slowing down future mining and adding burn fee's is still going to be too little to late.  I think the only way to really get any value to the coin would involve Burning Mass coins.   but how can i Give incentive for bagholders to burn off mass amounts of there supply.

One thing i been looking at is

Thoughts?

I suppose its worth a try except our block explorer was taken down by the old Dev, It wouldn't meet the requirements of barr. The supply can't be that bad look at DGB or Dodge.

Reduce the rewards down drastically
Burn fee like 1000 coins for 30 days then down too 100 would help.
Lets get a explorer up to meet the Barr requirements
Maybe staking 5% ( no sense in mining since we have plenty)
POW ends with announcement on BCT?

Lets fork it by adding some decimal places.
CRT was to have 100 Quadrillion

100,000,000,000,000,000 Total coins, with no decimal places.
Lets add 8 bring the total supply in the end to 1,000,000,000
 1 Billion

Burn fees at like 1000 would do great for a 1 billion total coin supply max.
Keep the pos low.

What time?
I find the discussion always back to the starting point. Need to go out.
If there is any progress, it is meaningful.
