we need new pools. With the new update we also made an additional changes to open-source cryptonote-universal-pool and updated it to the new version. You can use it to start your own DigitalNote XDN pool. Every pool admin will receive a developer donation. cryptonote-universal-pool forked from fancoder/cryptonote-universal-pool https://github.com/xdn-project/cryptonote-universal-poolLets spread DigitalNote Hashrate. With the new wallet version XDN p2p network progressively growing up. Thank you users. In next DigitalNote wallet versions we will add pool miner inside. XDN mining and XDN operations (transfers, messages, deposits, alias, etc) should stay in one place, so it will be. 1-CPU-1-VOTE Here we go ~ I've just setup one pool for you. http://104.238.180.141Happy mining First dedicated mining pool. Now with URL. http://digitalpool.ddns.net2% pool fee; 0.2 for the developers of the pool. Seems no one is using my pool. I will spare the money and closed it...

There might be a little problem here. My daemon is not accepting block http://chainradar.com/xdn/block/7861e683a259f0050543b923770b3595e3e900cd4009bb3e108140f12890b66c2015-Jun-18 23:31:35.896566 [P2P3]Block <7861e683a259f0050543b923770b3595e3e900cd4009bb3e108140f12890b66c> has wrong major version: 1, at height 136214 expected version is 2 I'm guessing there's more hash on the old version and they build upon the "wrong" chain. Looking at the code, it seems there's possible been enough hash on the new chain for the upgrade detector to trigger, but I'm speculating here, I've not looked at it much. I'm not going to hack that check out for now, in hopes that this will resolve itself, but AFAICT this can only happen if new daemons come online and hash on the partial chain.

Mining pools, miners, exchanges, please upgrade your daemons. Because of the deposits, all "old" mined blocks will be rejected by network. So if you mine XDN on old DarkNote of duckNote software now, all your block will be invalid. Please switch to the latest DigitalNote XDN Open Source software with blockchain deposit blocks. http://digitalnote.org https://github.com/xdn-project/digitalnote Thank you.

We will investigate this event, but everything is about update. Please keep your updated pools running. Thank you.

I have latest 1.0.1-beta win64 it stuck synchronizing at 136218 what should I do? 1. You should wait. Your wallet acts correctly and stays on good blockchain. 136218 height - is a height of good blockchain 2. we are investigating abnormal activity in blockchain. Looks like some pool, and looks like it is minergate.com didn`t made an DigitalNote upgrade. 3. http://duckpool.mooo.com:8080/#pool_blocks is the very very good pool, producing a valid and good blocks, because pool admin made all updates at time. Thank you very much, we will make a dev donation to you, as soon as we will solve all issues.

Hello everybody, Fundraising campaign has come to an end, and now it's time for us to share our plans with you. Most of you wanted to know what we are planning to do with all these money we managed to raise: below is the info graphics with our plans for the future. A bit more about marketing activities: Attracting community experts- Finding key speakers with sufficient authority that will be able to adequately represent XDN’s community from both technical and philosophical standpoint.
- Engaging with those figures and securing their continued cooperation and support for the Foundation.
- Production, distribution and publication of press-releases covering the fact of experts joining the Foundation in major new publications.
- Planning, organizing and conducting experts’ participation in major industry events and expos.
- Helping distribute the articles regarding XDN written by experts to major news publications.
- Organization of inside-foundation expert gatherings.
Finding and employing administrative and marketing personnel- Searching (both actively and passively) for capable people to fill in marketing and administrative vacancies within the Foundation.
- Organizing and conducting highly effective selection, initial testing and onboarding processes.
- Building an optimized organizational structure, ensuring that every participant of the Foundation is able to deliver a 100% performance on their goals.
- Developing and maintaining a system of staff compensation and motivation.
- Establishing channels of communication inside the Foundation to allow for secure, effective and fast communication of knowledge between its employees.
Developing sales channels:- Exchanges, e-shops, micropayment platforms, etc.
- Developing a system for constant search and selection of partners for the XDN network.
- Building the framework of communication with selected partners
- Distinguishing people responsible for initial contact.
- Figuring out best ways to approach new potential partners and secure cooperation with them.
- Developing a pricing strategy for commercial partners.
- Constant searching and selection of new partners and negotiation of the integration of the Digital note with them.
Newsmaking:- Negotiations with journalists and news publications
- Compiling a shortlist of marketing agencies suitable for the cause of promoting the XDN in partnership with the Foundation.
- Running a contest between the shortlisted agencies and selecting the best one.
- Negotiating the terms of partnership with the winning agency and signing a contract with it.
- Figuring out the best news triggers and writing press-releases in a tight cooperation with the partner agency.
- Outsourcing the distribution and publication of the press releases to the agency.
Production of a series of educational videos- Producing the scripts for a series of 7-8 educational videos aimed at cryptocommunity newcomers, that will explain the downsides of Bitcoin and how Digital note solves those.
- Designing the storyboards for the videos.
- Hiring a contractor to produce videos based on the storyboards.
- Distributing the videos to popular websites in the industry with newcomers as their principal audience.
- Working in conjunction with the platforms hosting the videos to increase the videos’ SEO and drive newbies towards them.
Doing all this we aim to achieve next results: first of all we wish to at least double the number of XDN holders and raise XDN market capitalization up to $5 000 000. Second, we aim to introduce XDN to not less than two cryptocurrency exchanges and 50 businesses. All this should not be a problem considering how much we’ve already done with your support, and now when we have resources more results will follow. If you have any ideas and suggestions that might help us reach our common goal - you are more than welcome. We really value every member of the community, your help and support which every day help us move forward. All what has been done so far, was made possible thanks to you! very good to see xdnfoundation activity. I have a suggestion for xdnfoundation to help XDN. Main goal now, before we made PoA, is to spread DigitalNote hashrate across the Earth and pools. So we need more good pools to spread the hashrate. We need to stimulate pool owners and aadmins to be an active community members and leaders. I suggest you to make a "DigitalNote July hashrate rally". I suggest XDNfoundation to donate x5 of every pool rewards to the open source pool admins. We should take 11000 blocks (~1 month, July) and make a campaign: each pool owner will receive 150 (base_block_reward)*N pool blocks*5. dev donation So if you will establish a new or maintain an old XDN pool and if this pool "will find" some blocks - admin of that pool will receive 5*150*find_blocks developers donation, in other words, i suggest to donate 750 XDN for every XDN block to active open source pool admins.

I am 2 of the 5 miners on your pool :-). Just a little correction on your site. In "your stats" the "Payment threshold" is always à 100 XDN : the correct value is 10. That was a little bit desapointing me at the begining.

What will happn when we arrive the maximun numbers of coins?
How does XDN cap at 8 589 869 056 in case where large proportion of network stakes for long periods of time?
Time of the entire XDN distribution and reaching max xdn value is much closer, than 77 years, but any way we make a system architecture to be decentralized and "self-maintenance". In general the idea is to keep 150 block reward for miners forever, but still have max XDN number. You may ask how "Burning money" Oh, I am. I'm only burning my half. [throws the Chechen's cigar onto the money, setting it ablaze] All you care about is money. Joker Seriously, lets burn like half of a fee to reenter XDN in to the main supply. This can be started when need, miners will anyway have their Proof-of-work reward, but the idea is to go to the Proof-of-activity design to make network the most secure Proof-of-work alike solution and further more energy efficient in terms of network protection.

Attention : Changes required in : http://digitalnotetalk.org/wallet All is fine , but , there are three instances of DarkNote on the page needing to be updated to DigitalNote If I may suggest something helpful to do : Leave in the Second Line , just below the Title of the Page , something like DigitalNote — formerly known as DarkNote & duckNote · for All the Good Reasons
