It is not fact. It is just speculation.
There is no proof that you can hash 11 algos efectively on fpga.

As a part of development. We want to conect mining profatibility (in BTC) with value of Rate coin.
We still have many things to decide. (More info after POW)

We still have many things to decide. (More info after POW)

So, the main feature of this coin is not yet decided, and will not implemented in wallet's
code until the POW end, when the POS will be already running, but nevertheless the
launch is for tomorrow.
