Its possible to make nastyhosts service with public database where can anyone put suspicions IPs and it will be updated automatically to all users who run nastyhosts protection?

It's possible. However we won't add this to nastyhosts itself, it's too easy to abuse it (someone could just add 0.0.0.0/0 network and effectively break all faucets using such a service), a heavy moderation would be needed.

I think someone has already mentioned this problem but  - the problem is with timer. Faucet give some satoshis every 180 minutes. But visitors say that after 3 hours thay can't collect satoshi because they see "You have to wait 179 minutes" as if they've already claim satoshi

That's always a problem with a reverse proxy. All users share IP addresses of a reverse proxy, so if one user claim, they all have the timer.

So faucetbox has this list of faucet, my question: is there any way to wholly ref-link those list into someone? Like instead of ref-ing the link of the faucets one by one to my friend, they just click on any faucet on the faucetbox list, it directly put me on his referral.

Looks very suspicious to me.
All faucets it has refs have long timeout ans still he is getting ref bonuses from time many times every minute.

Not even bit.makejar and http://www.mybitcoinfaucets.com/ have such as succesful rate... I will monitor it ... if find it necessary I will Ban them... I prefer to have the traffic from makejar and the other website...  they are legit

No You cant do that. Manual, one by one is your option.

My new faucet today was added to faucet list and I see next to it name "possibly broken". It's paying normally, could I make anything to change it?

I think its the case of amout of faucets out there. Some people at google have to look through them one by one and decide which must get ban. Thats why it happens gradually.

Adsense doesn't ban faucets because they are faucets.
But it has banned many faucets recently because of rule violations.
