I do the same if we enable country wise reward then we also attracts bots/proxy .

Then we could just block proxy ip addresses. Or give them less.
And I think it is fair to give more for people who generate more ad revenue for that site.

I use vpn and for users from USA, UK, Germany (maybe others country too) - it pays 500 satoshi every 10 minutes
and for others country (eg. Sweden) it pays 1 satoshi per 1440 minutes - I think it's for all rest countrys.

Could anyone get script from this page and write how to use it on faucetbox faucets?

I saw these sites with IP script but i can't claim even using IP or VPN.
Normally they pay me 1 satoshi every 1440 minutes and after VPN 3 satoshi 10 minutes.
Pleas share VPN you use to claim prize

I want to ban 23080 IPs (all Russia na Ukrainian IP addresses) and I can't paste all of them to that window

Is there option to increase number of lines in "List of IP addresses or IP networks in CIDR notation to ban (one value per line)" in security tab ?

Why don't you do that in the .htaccess file?

Use this site to ban whole countries if you really wanna do that.

Some faucets who use this faucetbox script have to more security like antibot buttons,some maths calculations.
Many  faucets hide claim buttons.

Hi guys, I just started experimenting with a faucet; I read a lot of posts and it seems that the onky thing to defend a faucet is to check ips.

I would like to ask if it is possible to put down a kind of tutorial on what to do to block bots or at least how to understand if a ip needs to be blocked (what I need to check and on what sites). I found some posts about this but I could not understand how to.

We could make also a tool together, for instance a daemon that checks every 5 minutes and analyse behaviour of visitors  and can raise automatically defenses and alert the owner.

I know how to script php and I can offer my collaboration if someone wants.

Why does some faucets say "This faucet exceeded it's safety limits!"
Is it because I claimed too much or what?

Its because some faucet owners set limit to pay in one hour for all users.
Lets say admin set 100K satoshi in one hour if amount of satoshi claimed in hour is more than 100K you will see this error

This limit is another reason why I have quit working faucets.
I can understand why it was built and that it protects owners from bot attacks.

But with this limit it is always a gamble if you get payed for your work.

If I do the captcha and watch the ads, I would like to see some satoshis. Otherwise I feel scammed.
Bots don't feel scammed.

On the long run I think this method drives the real people away.

Yes, I have noticed that many bot addresses start with 3 but it wouldn't take long before bot users would note that they got and then they would just easily change their addresses for addresses that start with 1.

Yes true... I remember a couple of users with 1 addresses with strong revenue, and high number of referral probably bot...
the problem is not in addresses but in bot and scammers.
