Hey ngzhang since BFL has announced that their single will also perform at 60 GH/s any chance of lowering the price a bit to have a competitive edge over them?  |

Yes please. Even though USD is the de facto yardstick for valuing BTC - it's a shame (and timewasting ) to use US-centric time abbreviations on such a global forum. Please consider using ISO 8601 date formats too. 10/03 is only unambiguous because March this year happens to have passed. If you'd said say 11/10 - I'd have been genuinely confused as to your meaning. C'mon people - Bitcoin is global. Some minor adjustments to parochial habits isn't that hard. I happen to be in the US, in the EDT time zone, and I would also like to see UTC used, and an unambiguous "global friendly" date format. I agree, I've gotten used to looking at 'global' formats |

One question: If we preorder and choose Bitcoin as a payment method, how much time do we have to get the BTC together and send them? Or do we need to pay immediately after preordering, instantaneously?

I found out that when I setup a login on the avalon site, I was not subscribed even though I had subscribed on the main site ( http://avalon-asic.com/) So I did not receive the first letter, but I did receive the second letter. I had the same problem but it seems I had overlooked the welcome email that requires you to click on a link to activate the subscription. If you did not get a confirmation back that has a subject line "Subscription Confirmed" then you were probably not subscribed. |

i don't know, but i've read: Due to AML restrictions, large wire transfers are a bit delayed at the moment, you'll receive an email with instructions following your orders confirmation regarding the payment.
As always, bitcoin are highly preferred. takes a little bit longer than expected i guess.. |
