they understand quickly bitcoin
Hey man, what makes you think this way? The majority of people don't even know how to use Microsoft Word, they ask somebody to configure their own smartphone, just to use social networks and make phone calls... Have you take a ride to Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo, or Brasilia, or Salvador, or Porto Alegre, or Recife? Take a look in the state of poverty that this places are...
How could people understand Bitcoin if they even know about their own money (currency)? People make loans (to buy TV's, refrigerator and 'Smartphones') and almost die to pay (if they pay, what I guarantee you it's not the usual behavior)... loan taxes here are the highest in the world... like a said, it's a question of survival.
It's fun to see a colorful country with "happy" people from an outside view, but come here and see
in loco what daily reality is nobody wants... It's cool to party here and go back to EUA, NL, UK, etc... your money has 4, 5 times the values of Brazilian Real... that's cool hum?
in paranà there is a top class connectivity
Man, I work in GVT (the biggest/fastest bandwidth provider in Brazil), even in Paraná (like you said) there's a minority of people using it, because the cost to expand cable connection is very huge... some cities, with 100.000 habitants don't have 10% of cable connections, they use radio, and as you may know, you take a optic fiber and make lot of radio "points" to share connections, but here the fastest fiber is 150mbps... divided this to 50, 100 or 150 houses and you got the common speed connection here. Lotta people (with study) don't even have a computer at home... they prefer cable TV and 3G connections in smartphones... just to see how chaotic situation are, in Londrina or Maringá, even 3G is very bad.
I've been in London, Amsterdam, Paris and Milano... it's so different to here that you wouldn't believe... only who lives here understand.
