We're going to see lots of people like this. They feel the need to get their word out, probably from things like the books they read urging people to wake people up. But they don't know how to get their point across when actually questioned, because they don't know the evidence, they're just parroting back what they read. When pushed into a corner because they don't know how to argue back, they'll post a meme/picture.
