Interesting. It doesn't show up in blockchain.info either but I see it in blocktrail. According to blocktrail, its priority is too low for it to be considered high priority and be confirmed.

Well, here is a weakness in real-time of BTC and the blockchain.
Whoever is clogging up the system better have a really good explanation
or
better stay out of sight...

So the solution is more node's or miners?

oh, that explains why I'm waiting too... didn't they run a stress test recently? why another one now? It could be random testing to see how the environment reacts, we sure react when its been more then 1 hours and have no confirmations , hopefully there is a better explanation to the transaction spike.

Whoever is clogging up the system better have a really good explanation
or
better stay out of sight...
or just use normal fees to mitigate problem

Looks like there are over 11000 Unconfirmed transactions. There is going to be a huge backlog that won't be cleared until whoever is spamming stops.

I'm having the same problem. I withdrew from an exchange and couldn't tell them how much in transaction fees I wanted to pay. If I had known in advance I would have paid far more in fees to get my transaction processed fast. Blockchain.info said this every time I have checked for hours now.
Estimated Confirmation Time: Within 6 Blocks (Medium Priority)
