Specification:
Each card has attached IBAN bank account number that can be used to send money directly to the card. The cards have all required information for doing that:
Branch code, BIC/SWIFT, Branch address, IBAN etc. You can receive the money to that account (load the card) but you can't send money from the account to another one.
The cards are valid for ~ 2 years. You can use those cards worldwide

Some companies require to scan the Credit card like Bluehost for example with hiding the numbers on the front ,are we going to get scanned copy?
also is it possible to use this on DigitalOcean ? (hosting company who need Credit card verification) much appreciated

account will belongs to which bank ? who will control it ? and i will be able to withdraw my paypal money to this bank account i am only talking about the bank account without card attaching and also what are per day or per month limits ?

Bought 1x VCC + VBA of him. Took him one hour to send me the information after sending my payment. You can only use his VCC/VBA to widthdraw money from polish Paypal accounts. (not like stated in this thread) And you are not able to check the balance using the banking panel, like stated at the time of my purchase. (he changed it, here's the original post) Which makes this VCC/VBA useless for me personally. -- He also didn't send me the card holder name/any usage guide. |
