Turned off the lights and the motherfucker bit me twice already. He's flying around my aquarium (which I haven't turned the light off) and whenever I turn my room lights back on he darts behind my wardrobe like a fucking serial killer. I can't sleep. Too scared.

wind mate, they fucking hate wind.
Setup a pedestal fan so its blowing directly across your body while you sleep and you wont get bitten Wink

That hanging sticky paper while disgusting works well and wont harm your fish.
Also dont forget those cool electric swatters - they work great but break quickly (dont pay over $5 AUD for one).
