As far as I can see some guys are trying to steal his old gorillateeth and now complaining about it? He also mentioned that when he changed from gorillateeth to gorillbucks people were double claiming and then they dumped.
If you don't like him how about use your own head and create your own coin instead of stealing his gorillatetth?
I don't own many gorillabucks so I could careless either way. I personally didn't think creating new coin was such a good idea....I hope anyone reading this would NEVER rename their own coin.
same goes for DASH too..I sold the moment it changed its name.
BTC doesn't need to change its name because there is no need to. You can make changes without creating new names and losing old investors.
Hey,
Spots created GorillaTeeth and Vary a month or two ago. Before that he got people to mail him 100$ to get old Bucks at 1$ per BUCK. MMXIV had been running for a year.
This is what their emission was by the time of the snapshot:

Total Supply at Snapshot: 12226978.97608400
Total Coins on New Chain: 250000
Each MMXIV will yield 0.0204465878684343 GorillaBucks
TEETH
Total Supply at Snapshot: 397999.94617700
Total Coins on New Chain: 250000

Total Coins on New Chain: 250000
Each BUCKS will yield 6.438083240061729 GorillaBucks
Its interesting to ask why he chose this model of distribution in the first place. Why not give each of the coins an equivalent weight determined by its market cap median for the last month or so. This would be fair.
This is my conjecture with facts thrown in for pattern recognition.
1. Spots bought a boat load of BALLS and 10K when they were at 1 sat.
2. Then had a great idea. "Lets merge this two and crunch them" <-
2a. Since he knew before hand he was going to do this he made sure to get his lorry full before he announced this.
3. The merge and crunch happen and he has many TEETH.
4. The exchange happened and he got about 20K TEETH, if i remembered correctly.
4a. But the poor guy had to pay from his own pocket some fees and stuff, because people are mean...5. There was a problem with the staking formula because some people only staked for the 6480% blocks. And this diluted his big advantage.
6. He launches vary as a test chain (which gets in some exchanges despite being a "test").
a. Vary rewards 1 coin per POW block.
b. POW lasts until the bazillionth block.
c. He asks people not to rent hashing power for this because its just a test chain.
d. For the initial blocks the difficulty was extremely small ensuring
someone with good hash power would get many blocks.
e. The staking rewards SMALL blocks.
f. There is not a block explorer despite this coin is traded on reputable exchanges.
7. Then he has the great idea of merging the four coins. Who do you think came out on top?
7a. But the poor guy had to pay from his own pocket some coins and stuff, because people are mean...Not to mention the that time (that I noticed) when the TEETH chain went back about 1 or 2k blocks (it was 2 days worth I think).
You guys do understand that the one who controls the checkpoint server controls the chain, right? Decentralization, schmentralization.
Having said that lets address your accusations.
As far as I can see s
ome guys are trying to steal his old gorillateeth and now complaining about it? He also mentioned that when he changed from gorillateeth to gorillbucks people were double claiming and then they dumped.
If you don't like him how about use your own head and create your own coin

Oh my. Clueless much?
There is beauty in crypto. No, its not earning da big bucks.
The beauty lies in the fact that a bunch of guys who see some ego-maniacal little wannabe despot trying to control their money, they can say:
"No! That's what the banks are for."
Do you even understand this?I invested in Teeth and with spots always wanting the upper hand, I would lose big. Still I didn't give him a hard time. I just wanted to keep the TEETH chain moving, change its name and try to keep part of my "investment" (Yes, I am in the alts snakepit for the money too).
First spots said it was OK, then he changed his mind and started to make threats about pulling his weight with the exchanges to not accept the spin-offs.
(I blame Vegas and his Monkey Boy Coin for it. No hard feelings though.
)
Then came the "Oh noze, poor me. I was scammed and had to pay triple the coins in existence because of this". And one of you guys had the brilliant idea of blaming the Spin-Off gang for it.
I asked spots to clear it up and he deleted my post.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1108502.msg11887787#msg11887787Yeah, I did not like that so, I sent this cutie to a bunch of guys (Beware, it has some 3rd Grader Humour inside) .
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1108502.msg11892995#msg11892995You got it too, but didn't understand its implications and didn't bother to try to.
But here you are:
If you open the transactions there you can see that they are (almost) all POS stake.
http://gorillabucks.info/address/B4XhnyE1y78kiFdBPmmWkLYCAf5rocQ41G
If you open one of them you will see that the stake only gets sent to one address.
http://gorillabucks.info/tx/4696d3c023b3312acc092347cee90f08f5cb944e392bfd4121e6b37a5fbcadc3
As opposed to the normal stakes that get sent to two addresses
http://gorillabucks.info/tx/9601f42fbb2bd84c79c2292fcde6b9fab74751643a748daf5ae29283d82ccfa3
Not to mention the fact that there are no stakes bellow 5 BUCKS.
Now this may not seem much, but imagine if more guys discover this. You can say goodbye to your gorillabands income. This is waaaay to long already. And I'm sure I forgot something. But I am done here.
Except, as this is Bitcointalk, I am going to have to add personal offenses .
iGotSpots is a fucking twat and you are too dumb to see that.
